My wife went in for a routine oil change. The girl who was changed her oil kept insisting to my wife that she get additional things for the car. My wife was dealing with a fussy baby and a toddler at the same time. After telling the girl no multiple times l, she finally said yes to one of the items just to get the girl to stop. She got everything done and paid the bill quickly because the baby was crying and she was ready to leave. Not a great experience. Took way too long to get my oil changed. I also asked them to look at my brake pads. They came in and tried to sell me everything except break pads. I asked them again to look at the brake and they didn’t. I got in the car to leave and the floor mat was ruined by grease and the steering wheel was also covered.
