I have been going to Courthouse Grease Monkeys now for over 2 yrs. I like this location for my go to Oil change & inspections. They are professional,care about giving timely good service and keep me informed about vehicle needs. They are working as a team!�
Every staff member I talked with was polite, they were packed this Saturday morning and handled the workload in a very orderly fashion (especially since this location rent's u-hauls too) They were fair and honest in my state inspection. They could have sold me an expensive repair but tried an adjustment first and that resolved the concern with no further action needed. Listening to them interact with other customers, you can tell they're trust worthy and not out to get people.
This team is amazing. They are fast, courteous, and do what they can to help you out. Best of all, they are fair. They price themselves well and far exceed expectations every time. If you are looking for someone you can trust, someone who will help you and explain in full detail what is going on, go see Brandon and his team. You will be glad you did!
