Horrible, snotty customer service staff member informed us after they started on the routine oil change that our van required a "special" filter (which, after doing our own research, it does not), so they charged us an extra fee for that, for oil, and a "service fee" and we ended up paying FIFTY dollars for a basic, routine oil change. When we realized it, it was too late and we just had to pay. We will NEVER return and encourage everyone to steer clear of the Grease Monkey!
Service wasn't the best, got the job done. I only did it because I didn't want to do it in the winter. So everything went fine after the oil change, until summer rolled around and I started to do my oil change myself (as usual). Once I tried removing the old oil pan bolt, I realized they tightened the bolt way to tight. I now have to get a new bolt, and taking more time just to fix this places mistake. If you want a good oil change place that wears out your engine components... Go right ahead and come here.
