Never Again I brought my car here fo a oil and filter change. I didn't think any one could mess that up but they did. They left my drain plug loose on the oil pan and I had oil all over my engine...what a big mess I then had to take my car to have the engine steam cleaned and pay for someone else to change the oil a second time.
Make Your Car Happy! I am so happy and comfortable with the prompt and friendly service at the Fairwood Grease Monkey. I still drive all the way from Federal Way to get my quarterly lube and oil change. I tried another lube-and-oil place once, and vowed never to return because of the poor service. Grease Monkey is OK but made me uneasy. I've been going off and on for 15 years. I like them because they don't try to sell you a bunch of other stuff. But, the last time I was in, they went into my locked glove compartment looking for a filter that my model car never had. That did not make me happy.
Grease Monkey is Great I have been going to grease monkey since I moved in the area four years ago. I really like the customer services that i receive whenI go there. They always let me know if additional work is needed on my car, and give me referrals to other shops.
MR. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS "BUSINESS" @THIS GUY IS A CON ARTIST. I wish I had read your review BEFORE I went in as a first time customer. IF I had maybe I wouldn't of been so outrageously treated as to cause me to vow I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS "BUSINESS".
Negligent Company = Negligent workers Took car in for oil change. Little did I know, BIG MISTAKE! 10/02/12 full service oil change. 10/05/12 my car overheated, I pulled over and opened the hood to come to find radiator cap was not put back on... and over filled my engine oil by 2 quarts. 10/09/12 diagnosis from Subaru dealer BLOWN HEAD GASKET!
