We had problems with the vehicle that went outside the traditional norms and the manager on site one above and beyond to help us get it addressed and demonstrated a lot of automotive knowledge and doing so
Never ever will I go back...I brought my own oil in & told the guy I needed to buy an oil filter, cabin filter & air filter, no extras and was charged 191.49...I have no problem with the price on the filters, however I was charged 109.99 for JUST physically changing it ..when I asked why so much he said I got the package which I DID NOT GET NOR ASK FOR, I BROUGHT MY OWN OIL. THE manager said I give you a break I said NO I got charged for a oil change package that I didn't ask for...I'm a female so I'm sure that's the reason ... read more
