Why don't you guys still vacuum the inside, wipe the windows and give out the goody bags with the oil change???
They only use a synthetic blend that is twice as expensive as any other oil. Ford does not require this blend, yet that is all they will put in the car. Kia does not require this blend, yet that is all they will put in the car. Live and learn. Which I had with the Kia, but then my 17 year old daughter went there with her Ford and they pulled the same game on her. Charged a hard working kid with little money $70 for an oil change! From start to finish, this team has customer service down pat. They’re professional, courteous and most importantly honest. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. It’s the only time I take my vehicle in for service and I really don’t mind.
