The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service took a little longer than expected.
I'd leave zero stars if I could. Came to have them do an oil change on my lunch break. Lady drives it in the shop and all the sudden my vehicle won't go into drive. She must have really cranked on it because she snapped the shifter. Truck was fine and shifted fine into park and every other gear when I arrived and now it's just broken and that's how they left. After the manager told me he'd buy the part to fix it the district manager Told me I have a old truck and it's not their problem and nothing they can do. Sad day. No in... read more
