If I could give zero stars I would for sure. LIVID is the only thing that comes to mind. I should have known walking in the door at how hot and nasty the inside was. With trash over flowing and dirty floors and the guy saying “I’m new here I’m new here…” But… nope - with confidence in the grease monkey name and motto I continued to let them change the oil. Fast, friendly polite.
Went on July 5th. Was informed by staff there that this was not their store and they were helping out. Job done (not) reflected that. Invoice stated completed windshield wash and vacuum interior which was not done. Considering the 50 minute wait, would assume those niceties, which am used to at this location, were never done. It also makes me wonder if anything was done. Not a visit I would consider honest.
