Grease Monkey on North Ave Grand Junction CO just hired a man named Timothy Straubb. I hired Tim to install my new radiator. He broke both of my headlight connectors. He does not know anything about car repair. I will never go to Grease Monkey (North Ave) Grand Junction again as long as Timothy Straubb is working there!

Went for a full service oil change and service today. I was told it was done, paid the bill and then got into my car. Full service includes vacuuming and windows. I noticed the windows were not cleaned, but was told by the employee that they were done, but they do not do interior windows. I told him the dirt outside of the wiper path, under the wiper blades, and bird dropping were on the outsides. He repeated that they were done. I asked that he please not lie to me. Very disappointed with this store, all about up charge. The store I have been going to charged me for the oil change and that’s all I wanted. They told me they only had synthetic oil and that’s a not true. DO NOT GO TO THIS GREASE MONKEY. 190.00 dollars later.

As the review by Dash S. dated 4/11/2024, I went for a state inspection. I also was showed both filters and was told it would cost $57 to replace them. The cabin filter was disgusting. However, I DID NOT ask them to go through my car and check my filters. I get very upset when people play "dialing for dollars" when I go for an inspection or alignment. 300 hundred dollars for an oil change is robbery would not recommend. Technician was nice but even with a veterans discount, oil and filter is not 300.00

Took an EV in for an inspection and the young man doing the intake was nice and professional. Went inside to wait and I asked my son "what exactly do they inspect on an EV anyway?" and I hear this female voice from around the corner say "we check the lights and such". I said "great, what else, do you check the oil and the radiator?" This is the usual garage joke with an EV (not as much as they are more common now), apparently this employee had ZERO sense of humor, got offended (snowflake) and refused service to us; what?!
