I JUST WANTED TO BRING THE CONCERN TO THE LOCATION. At my last oil change they did not tighten my filter, therefore caused oil to leak ( recently noticed it, unsure how long it has been leaking) I called to report the concern and the blame was placed on my ASE certified mechanic that I have used for over 11 years. Blamed as a misdiagnosis on his part. I gave it a two stars as I have never had an issue at the location I went to for years in Aurora.
