Well when I got there the employee that came to my vehicle was not a very good customer care person. He was rude. Which I just about left. And should have went to the 1 I usually go to. My coupon code was not working. So I wasn’t able to use my 20 dollars off my oil change. I will not go back to this grease monkey again. So how is it you send email with coupon that is not useable?? Not good customer service.
