bought breakfast pan sausage, not a fan because it had lots of big pieces of fat and tendons throughout the entire package, also bought regular sausage, only reason I didn't give it 1 star... won't buy from here again
Got their smoked sausage link and some brisket, the sausage was great, moist, snappy skin and delicious. The brisket however was super dry and not flavorful at all, it skipped the "well done" step and became a "congratulations" steak
