Absolutely will steer every single person I talk to away from this place. From the pricing being outrageous to horrible customer service. I received 40lbs of smoked jalapeño & cheese summer sausage, almost every single stick I’ve ate has had a piece of bullet fragment in it. Granted this specific animal was shot with a bow, not sure how it got in my deer. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I have plenty of pictures to prove this, and receipts.

I love the fresh made boudin!!! They always have a good drink selection to go with their sausages and offer crackers as well.
BRISKET is the worst I've ever had in my life!!!!! Can't even chew it bc it is so tough. Just bought 1.25lbs for $31 bucks and $31 bucks completely wasted!!!! Do Not Buy The Brisket!!! Sausage and Boudin are very good but the Brisket is Terrible!!! Do Not Buy the Brisket!!!! -M. Goynes 5/25/26
