Got their smoked sausage link and some brisket, the sausage was great, moist, snappy skin and delicious. The brisket however was super dry and not flavorful at all, it skipped the "well done" step and became a "congratulations" steak

Brisket is very tasty!
This is the only place I buy sausage for my gumbo. It's always delicious. Went by today and bought some pork/beef sausage, along with andouille, and sampled some turkey sausage, and up buying some of that too because it was so good. I also tried the boudin, which was excellent. Hard to find better sausage than Greak's.
