We left ************ in ********, **********, managed by GRE on May *******. They handed us a bill for ****** dollars plus and they also kept the security deposit. Problem is they have not taken responsibility for the Rat and Mice Infestation that they neglected. TLDR: Do not rent from a property managed by GRE unless you are ok with losing your deposit!!My *********** lived at the Cosmopolitan for ~3 years. At the time, we had no issues and a rather pleasant experience. However, mgmt is impossible to get ahold of. The Northpoint apartment manager, ***********************, refuses to come and clean up a HIGHLY ***** spill OF DEADLY CHEMICALS, in my shared walkway, due to my neighbors, trying to rid their home of ants!
