GRE bought the property Scottsdale Grand I live in early 2024. They used their own property mgmt co, GRE until Sept 2024. Immediately removed amenities like the ARCADE games in the clubhouse. High amount of units are empty. Seems odd replacing their own mgmt company within 9 months of buying property with Avenue5. Seems even the owners aren’t happy with their own management company😂
TLDR: Please, save yourself the trouble and do not live in an apartment managed by GRE unless you are ok with losing your security deposit! 8/26/24: My husband and I lived in the Cosmopolitan Apts for ~3 years, and our experience was pleasant. I am at timbre apartments, and the amount of times they have shut the water off and we have been without hot water for nearly a week each time is insane. I’ve called about a gas smell and was blown off and I’ve seen previous tenants say they’ve had the same issue also with a gas smell for days and no one addressed it and I find that very disturbing that it isn’t being addressed because that’s a serious safety concern. It costs more to move out Hazel Apta than to move in. I wished I went with the choices in shoreline or Lynwood. I would give this place a zero if I could. Great things about the property: - Okay quality for Edmonds where most places are antiquated - Gated parking - Nice decor Not great things about the property: - Discriminatory micro aggressions amongst staff when identified of non lease renewal - Pricey for mid quality apt in Edmonds and 2bedroom value - 2024 rent increased from 3197 to 3900 (~8%) which I anticipate will g... read more
