I am so thankful to have such a wonderful property management team! Jordan and Stephany are great! Going into my 3rd year and I love my place so much!
I lived at a GRC property for a little over a year. They were always kind. The maintenance issues were addressed almost immediately once they were informed. I had a ridiculous neighbor who was so petty and would call and make invalid complaints about me, but they always made sure to let me know and were never rude and would take my word over the complainants. Definitely recommend using them for rental properties over any other property management company around here.
Seems only one person works there and my situation wasn't completely the lady's fault the homeowner gave house to someone else after we were already in the works. But leased I didn't lose my app fee.
