Matt from sales came to our home after a tech earlier diagnosed the problem as a freon leak and the system needed replacement. After 25 years it was not a surprise. Matt took measurements, checked our existing installation and presidented multiple options. He was very informative and patient with all our questions. Fast forward today Cirilo and Justin arrived 8am and got immediately to work replacing our old system with a new one.
