My heat stopped working on the night of the blizzard. Spoke with Joe the next morning and told him my situation. Within 1 hour Mario showed up and got the heat working again. What super service. My previous contractor did not return my call on a previous no heat situation about a month ago and decided it was time for a new contractor. So glad I did. I HIGHLY recommend GRC.
