Small food portions loaded with tons of pepper that sets your mouth on fire unable to eat it. Never once did a manager come to our table to inquire after we said something to the waitress. After observing the restaurant during our time there I didn't witness anything exceptional about the place, anyone else's food or staff to justify the outrageous prices on the food. The food is well prepared and always fresh! The “sweeties” , hunks of toasted sweet potato are amazing! The pimento cheese topped grilled sandwich was so moist! I’ve never been disappointed here!
Our table of 4 ordered chicken wings, a buffalo wrap, philly cheese steak, and chicken tenders and a salad. We also ordered the fried pimento cheese balls. First, the cheese balls were huge, greasy, the outside looked dark and almost burned, and the cheese inside nothing spectacular and so big it was just a gooey blob.
