Always wonderful customer service at Graziella’s! We’ve been going to the Whitby location for years. Alex, Donna and Abby are fantastic. A shout out to George too, he does excellent repairs. Their selection and quality of jewelry is outstanding

Recently, my partner and I became engaged and we had the most amazing experience with Graziella Fine Jewellery. (Even if you aren't in Whitby or Oshawa, they are worth the drive for the customer experience and incredible jewellery. There is transparency at ever step, and no high-pressure tactics or attempts at up-selling at all. Both locations are lovely and their selections are incredible!)
