Builder home relations Manager was very helpful throughout the buying process. They went extra mile to provide any possible support they could.
My clients and myself have had an absolute great experience with the Homeowner Relations Team at Graywood, and especially Kendal T.! Very friendly and understanding through out the process of home ownership, and more importantly, willing to help the buyers have a smooth closing process. Thank you again Kendal and team! On a separate note, the building quality by Graywood at JAC condos is top notch! Very impressed with the work that they've done and the fine quality product they deliver to the buyers!
Extremely disappointed in the quality of their recent build at 1787 St. Clair Avenue West. Many of the deficiencies identified at closing were not handled properly and subsequently they are walking away from repairing them stating that they are out of warranty. I own 2 units in the building and would never purchase a pre-build off of this builder.
Working with Graywood Developments has been a truly positive experience. The entire team was professional, responsive, and committed to delivering quality from start to finish.
