Be very cautious about living here.... Do not rent here you can find a more suitable residence for much cheaper. There are roaches, they do not provide good customer service, and you will not recieve any of your deposits back. Becareful the staff is friendly at first but once you sign the lease it is different. The apartment is old and the renovations are poorly executed and it is very clear walking in. The walls and floors scratch up very easily and you will be charged for small minor scuffs. Progressively great Been here since they were courtyards. Watch them change hands thru several companies..saw the evolution..At one point all of the apartments was old and now has been completely remodeled which was needed..maintenance and management seems very responsive to any issues and works with you when you speak to them. If you give good to them you get good back as with any human or company. I'm satisfied and feel better and safer about being here more so than I did 10 years ago. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE AND THIS IS EMERGENCY! We will get problems in the apartment Unit each and every week. And sometimes you will wake up to see the apartment is completely flooded. The manager of the property I guess not even a percent nice to actually solve the problem in the apartment of helpful.
