My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was very convenient and close to places to eat and Santa Clause Indiana. The rooms are very clean and spotless. The staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and there were an adequate number of pillows on the bed. The Wi-Fi and TV both worked great. We did not use these but there is a pool and fitness room. Great pool, clean, updated rooms, and decent breakfast. Great price for the area. Manager (owner?) Singh was friendly, helpful, and professional. I will stay here again.
Booked two bungalows, they overbooked so we got “other” rooms! Shower didn’t work, our friends tv didn’t work and their toilet made all kinds of noise, all night! Terrible experience, never again!
I had gotten a room at this hotel on the evening of Tuesday 10-25-22. I was waiting at the hotel's reservation desk for about 20 minutes before I was greeted by the only employee working that evening, she had explained that the room would be $80 and the room refundable deposit would be $50 (only cash) in the event of damages. I had an issue with missing points during a promotion and the issue was fixed and the young woman was very professional and pleasant.
If I could give this hotel a 0 I certainly would! From coach roaches to rude customer service, this hotel deserves zero stars.
Clean Bathroom and Comfy Bed
This hotel is crooked. I am a diamond elete member. They charged my credit card twice. I got proof from my cc company. The gm called me a lier. I want this restored tomorrow or i wont ever stay at a choice hotel again. My cc company verified they charged me twice if i didnt check my balance they would have gotten away with it.
