I’ve really enjoyed living at The Graystone so far. The building feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed without feeling overly flashy. The amenities are probably my favorite part, especially the views, gym, and thoughtfully appointed common spaces. Loving everything about this place. Convenient yet quiet, safe, with a wonderful concierge and maintenance crew. Truly a gem in the First Hill neighborhood.
