After waiting on Pop A lock for 4 hours and tried to call them back numerous times no one answered. Found Tim with Graystone Automotive Group he was there in 20 minutes and got me and my husband in our vehicle please if you are looking for for someone local call them! He was very nice and polite!
I brought in my 2008 Hyundai Elantra for a full front end repair. I got my car back in a timely manner and the people there were pretty damn awesome, too. Especially Ms. Jen. They have a customer for life!
These are the best people we have ever worked with. Graystone Automotive is fast, accurate, and save our family tons of money! I will use them from now on and would recommend them to all my friends!
Terrible service all around no Communication had my car for months. Spent thousands of dollars for their guessing games on what was wrong with my car end results. My car is still broken could’ve took my $5000 and bought a nice little beater but instead I spent $5000 on a 30 year old car definitely learned my lesson I don’t even want to leave a one star review because I feel like they don’t even deserve a one star
I took my car in for the second time and they were able to get me in and do the repairs on my front suspension and I had my car back in 2 days where other shops had told me it would take them a couple of weeks. These people don't play around!
