I just gotta say Sandy and Carl are great people I lived their as a kid and they bought my baby sister a patio set for kids and she loved them as did i and my brother. When we lived there it was a wonderful place to see such rude comments about these wonderful people is sad.
I would give it minus 5 stars if I could, this place is filthy, The Managers Carl and Sandy are lazy and rude and they don't hire a proper plumber,electrician etc .he tries to do it himself and the stuff he uses looks as old as the broken junk he is replacing, they are rude and nosy not about stuff that might affect your rental unit but about your personal life and things that are absolutely none of their business. Ive been living in my apt for over 8 years. Ive never had a problem with my managers and they always make sure the complex is clean and safe. Its a non smoking and family oriented complex. If something needs to be fixed they make sure its done immediately. Sandy and Karl are awesome people and easy to talk to. If your looking for a place to call home I recommend Greystone Apartments
No AC. You will be harassed by the Manager. You'll be paying too much to live in this dusty place.
