I placed an order with Grayson Living on June 27th, believing I was dealing with a reputable home furnishings company. Four months later, on September 22nd, I have received the incorrect merchandise and have been subjected to a shipping and customer service nightmare that perfectly illustrates this company's utter incompetence. It would have been nice to have help bringing our bedside tables up the front door steps. They are heavy and I struggled with it. I asked for help but was told no.
These guys were awesome! They introduced themselves, came inside to see where I wanted the cabinet placed, they unloaded and removed the packaging at the street, put the cabinet on a dolly and rolled it inside. They placed it carefully and were gone in a flash. Very professional, very attentive. I will definitely buy from Grayson Living with White Glove Delivery again.
