I was a loyal customer but the owner has made me change my mind. i bought a 14k chain and bracelet set from them a few months ago and that service wasn’t that great, but i went back to get it appraised for today’s price, they would not tell me a price and claimed it was 10k, then they would not test my earrings to see if it was real gold, which im sure they are because i bought them from a jeweler and they cost me a pretty penny. overall i did not feel like the owner wanted to help. the young ladies there were sweet, but the... read more

Had a custom ring and wedding band made for my fiance and we couldn't be more impressed! The quality is unreal and she gets compliments almost every where she goes!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Grayson Jewelers for over 14 years, but a recent experience has completely changed my view of the business. My wife and I brought in her Pandora bracelet because a charm was stuck. During the visit, due to a misunderstanding, she was told by the staff that the charm was “fake”—a surprising and upsetting comment, especially since it was purchased directly from Disney. Joe in the crew are absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve been in there several times this last week trying to decide on what to get and I’m very pleased with the treatment that I got from everybody in the store. They got great music playing in there as well. Keep it up guys.
