I debated heavily if i wanted to leave this review or not because i've never had issues with them before. But, after reading some of the less than perfect reviews i've arrived here. I just had the most amazing experience with Grayson Jewelers! It was a pleasure meeting the owner Joe and his wonderful staff Amy and Sid just to name a few people. They cleaned and polished some of my old 14kt gold jewelry and now the jewelry looks brand new. The service was fast and easy (literally). Everyone was wonderful ! I will have an update after I pick up my Rolex that’s being serviced (bezel cleaned and polished) and appraised.
Repair done on time
I placed a Layway like I ALWAYS DO with no problems in the past, Ive been a customer for more than 8 years and I am so disappointed today… I have taken my watches there and last time they were scratched to the point of my Movado was ruin…. Second problem I had Joe make a bracelet for me and it didn’t come out as promised…. Over priced! And not to scale…. Now I have a gold bracelet on layaway, making payments and Mr Joe decides to increase the price and NOT HONOR the price sold when I put it in layaway… He calls and says THAT... read more
