I placed a Layway like I ALWAYS DO with no problems in the past, Ive been a customer for more than 8 years and I am so disappointed today… I have taken my watches there and last time they were scratched to the point of my Movado was ruin…. Second problem I had Joe make a bracelet for me and it didn’t come out as promised…. Over priced! And not to scale…. I'm a first time customer at Grayson Jewelers. But, I'll certainly be back! I couldn't be happier with the work they did for me. I asked them to replace two fake stones in a gold ring that was given to me by my godmother. The work and the price were great! And, the friendly service provided by the staff was top notch.
