My husband and I stayed at this hotel over Valentine’s Day weekend with our one-year-old baby and our dog. Unfortunately, our experience was marked by poor communication and misinformation from the staff. Prior to check-in, I called the hotel to confirm that a pack-and-play would be available for our baby. I was assured by the front desk that one would be provided upon arrival.
