Other than drawers ( not enough for international travelers) the rest is perfect
Stayed during an unexpected travel delay for 2 nights. This hotel is very conveniently located. However this is the smallest room I have ever stayed in in NYC. There is no desk or table so I don’t recommend bringing food back to the room. The rooms are also poorly sound proofed - we literally heard everything happening in our neighbors bathroom. Everything. The room does not have a coffee maker but the hotel says they can provide one on request. We asked for one and they just sent up coffee grounds without the maker. Because... read more
Great hotel
I have no complaints about this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and prompt with requests and the location was good. It hits all the areas a hotel should. I will say it is busy so the elevator wait time can be lengthy, so plan accordingly. That’s not really a “them” issue though, so I still give them five stars.
