Joe is a liar and dishonest business person. Joe assured me he could complete a custom design. I paid him a $1400 deposit towards the $2800 design. Joe did not deliver my design based on my specs then refused my refund made me accept a store credit then didn’t honor the store credit. So in other words Joe robbed me for $1400 and then had his Lawyer friend Mike send me a threatening letter because I posted a honest and factual review.
