Amazing service, quick and friendly… my corporate truck was at another shop for over a week towed to this establishment and within a few hours we knew what was wrong with it parts order and repaired. Amazing service and amazing employees
Sudden flat tire on the highway, called Grayson Automotive and they had one in stock. Less than an hour later we were back on the road. Staff was very friendly and professional. Free drinks and snacks are offered. Repair price was a little less than expected and very fair. Great people.
When i got there they were closed, when they asked what i was needed I said an oil change. The mechanic that was leaving heard what I said and he said ill do it. So they opened back up, changed my oil and rotated my tires. He definitely did not have to do that. Thank you Grayson Automotive.
I was told my appointment my appointment was at 1pm and that it would be “ pushing” it to get my AC recharged. My car was still setting in the parking lot after 1:30 and was never looked at. Awful place to go would not recommend to anyone!
5star customer service and care! Had a bad tire on the rv when traveling cross country they were helpful and got us fixed right away! Thank you
