I’d give a 0 if I could. And I wish I had the name of the receptionist. Obviously this place doesn’t care about how their staff treat the patients. To call about appointments after a month of waiting after 2 referrals were placed, to be cut off every time I try to speak, and told “no we won’t help, you need to keep waiting or go to the ER.” She would not let me explain anything. Been over a month since I called to schedule an appointment the lady took my information stated she would forward to the intake dept I believe she said and they would contact me… still waiting!!! Not very helpful

Incredibly difficult to set up an appointment or reschedule in a couple WEEKS not multiple MONTHS away. Also, you REALLY oughta be able to call your local doctor's office. Not call and talk to a random person that types out a message to send and maybe you'll get a call back. GOOD LUCK if they ever call you back and you're at work and can't answer, you'll have to restart the whole process over. And so help you if you show up 5 minutes late...but I've waited well over 40+ minutes on at least 2 occasions. Extremely hypocritical... read more

Called and told them I'd be about 10 mins late to an appointment. They told me I couldn't come. Then, at a different appointment, had me waiting FOR OVER AN HOUR to see the psychiatrist. I left. WILL NOT BE BACK.
