The actual providers are excellent, thorough, and caring. The local (Anniston) staff are great as well. The problem is all of their phones route to the main office in Birmingham for everything. Trying to make appointments or get a refill is an absolute nightmare unless you have access to a direct chat with your provider or physically go to the local office. Otherwise you might end up running out of medication and have a week+ before getting a refill sent.

They called me while I was busy over a week ago asking me to call back about my appointment. I have called multiple times and left voicemails since and still nothing.

I’d give a 0 if I could. And I wish I had the name of the receptionist. Obviously this place doesn’t care about how their staff treat the patients. To call about appointments after a month of waiting after 2 referrals were placed, to be cut off every time I try to speak, and told “no we won’t help, you need to keep waiting or go to the ER.” She would not let me explain anything.
