Now that the original land Lord is back ( sam) things are looking up. She keeps up with EVERYTHING CLEANS FIXES MAINTANCE ASAP SHE EVEN GOES AROUND PICKING UP OTHERS TRASH ALONG WITH THIS SOME HOW SHE STILL DOES THE OFFICE WORK.
