This review is for the Lakeshore office. The Docs are great, the Customer Service is a joke!My son has been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week now! It stresses him to have to call but he did it all last week with no results!! I called today and talked to one of the rudest customer service reps! Dr Grayson needs to train his staff how to deal with psych patients. Their attitude has upset my son cause he worries about not getting his meds. I'm very disappointed in this office!
Five star with out question Dr. Harvey is the best! He saved my life many years ago. I'll ever forget that period in life.
I am very happy with the care I have received from Amanda Boyd. She is professional and friendly, and goes to great lengths to find medication for me.
Dr. Sori was the kindest spirit, and for 74 yrs of age she looks great. Very nice super sweet
THE rudest nurses (actually just one NURSE) that I have ever encountered at a doctors office. When you are working with patients with mental issues you should learn to have some compassion for people who are clearly distraught over a clerical mistake. I have never been so appalled at how my mother in law was spoken to and can not imagine how that nurse keeps a job with that repor. Not professional at all.
I have been seeing Dr. Lucas and Ms. Aston at the Lakeshore office since 2012. I have been extremely pleased with both of them. Dr. Lucas has started seeing patients in Cullman and I must see another doctor. Very sad and unsure of who to see. Don't want to change.
I see Dr. Dan Harris At Grayson & Associates & he has truly been a life-saver to me, I'll not go anywhere else or see anyone else.
