From the moment they walked in, the whole team made them feel super comfortable -warm, friendly, zero pressure. Grayslake Orthodontics has been a great experience overall. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and Dr. takes time to explain everything clearly. We’ve seen great progress and are happy with the results. Just a small issue with occasional wait times, but otherwise highly recommended!
Dr. Ben is very knowledgeable and can easily explain the treatment options and how they work. He is invested in each and every one of his patients. He is great with kids (and adults of course). The orthodontic assistants are well trained and do a good job ensuring you get the best care possible. The office staff is kind and always ready to help you out.
