Such a lovely place... I have lived here for 5 years we do own a unit. I have to disagree with some of the other reviewers. I have a lovely view of the pond and the fountain. I do talk to almost everyone in my building. It is so nice in the evening to see everyone out walking their dogs or playing with their kids. I have never had a problem contacting the office and having something resolved. I think it is a bonus having a pool that is heated. Who are responsible? This Place is awful half of it is now on section 8, they steal tenants money and put it in their own pockets especially the association fee isnt that right andrea and Cand i!! these ladies from corporate are the ones who are making grays pointe into a dump they dont care about the tenants rights or needs! so if you dont see your security deposit after you move out dont expect to see it they probably spent it already!! and they treat their employees like crap they pay them nothing and expect to much from ... read more
Nice place to live We rented an apartment for a time at Country Faire. We were very pleased with the surroundings (there's a nice lake and quiet streets). The apartment was reasonably priced and quite spacious for a one-bedroom. The management was a pleasure to work with, and very nice to deal with when we moved out (and the final inspection was a breeze, the easiest we've ever had). You can rent garages for wintertime, and those were very nice and well worth the extra money. The only bad thing when we lived there is that it... read more
Won't return calls or money I lived in CFV apartments for 6 years. During my time there, I found the management all but impossible to contact. After we moved out, it took them almost 3 months to return our security deposit and we never got so much as an apology for their mistakes. I am currently still waiting for a $100 refund for carpet cleaning and I have been officially moved out for 4 months. When I contact the office, I cannot get anyone to call me back if I leave a message and they are incredibly rude if I do actually ... read more
