They did the plumbing for our new build and we had a great experience. I have and will recommend them to family and friends.
Building our new home in Sneads Ferry we experienced many bad subs but Grays Plumbing was and continues to be the worst. Another barely tightened fitting with a slow drip has now sealed the deal on destroying our kitchen cabinet. They had the most inexperienced workers that were completely incompetent to do any basic plumbing. I’m sure we will have more problems show up in the future seeing how nothing was done right.
Whomever the driver of the silver van is, (I have the plate number) is a very aggressive driver. They are going at least 20 over the speed limit, swerving into people's lanes next to them while honking. He tailgates and brake checks people. If it was one time I'd not say anything but this is the 5th plus time I've seen a Gray's van do this on 17 going North. I'm getting a dashcam just for this van.
Outstanding service! Came within three hours, took 50 min to complete. Very professional and courteous.
Called over Labor Day weekend and received a call-back from the on-call plumber (Kevin) within 30 minutes. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely a go-to for emergency service but will call them again for any plumbing need.
