Traumatic experience! I called this crisis clinic cause I was feeling low and decided to try a crisis center as it was part of my crisis plan. They asked for my name first and I gave it to them not thinking clearly, then we started to chat. Eventually she asked for my address and phone number. Nightmare! Management cripples the nurses and staff so they can't do their jobs safely and efficiently. Makes it impossible to arrange decent care for people. I refuse to have anything to do with them.
One of the workers there had a conflict of interest, by allowing my teenage daughter stay at her house when she ran away, due to her dating her son, which I did not condone( and I also said my daughter could not go over her house at all, and her admittingly knowing this as an adult, she still let her come over, then tried to have her removed from my custody and tried to take her. specific details are very disturbing, and so many errors were made in their process.
