The house itself is beautiful, and near everything in walking distance. My husband and I checked out a room spur of the moment, to have a very needed mini getaway. The outside is beautiful! When we arrived to our room, we noticed ear plugs on the nightstand. We soon realized the air conditioner was extremely loud. It can easily be fixed if they wanted to. The bathtub had a constant leak. The room had a musty smell, and they don't have a blue ray player in the room we stayed in, so only certain movies worked. The man that was... read more
Stayed here during a retreat. The heat wasn't working for the first two days that we were there and temperatures were subzero making it very unpleasant to do much of anything. Maintenance came and brought space heaters and fixed the furnace on the last day there - but it would have been much better if we had gotten attention when requested. If you're with a group, this place has several bedrooms and bathroom options making it a convenient option in Manitou Springs. The hot tub on site was nice.
