Buyer beware. Grays Automotive Solutions came out to fix a suspension on a Honda Ridgeline. When appointment was made, no details were provided regarding there policy about parts provided by customer. I provided the suspension, and a technician came and ‘completed’ the job. Technician came without a tent, so I provided one to assist in getting the job completed.
