I waited for 2 months to get my hearing aids. When they arrive they adjust to them. Gave me a case and a charger and I was supposed to call a number after I downloaded an app to synchronize or pair my hearing aids. After talking with the gentleman, I found out that somebody did not synchronize the charger with the hearing aids. I called them back, told them I was there a couple days ago. Been waiting 14 months to be treated and so far not even a prescription, they quit returning calls about a year ago, and got crickets from their supposedly secure messaging" when asking a question
