Best staff, always their to help you.
Worst clinic ever Can't ever talk to anyone there's always a holding line when you ask them to speak to provider 5 times they'll call you back 5 times but won't let you speak to the provider.Then when you ask them for your help knowing what's causing your issue I'll just try to push drugs on you. If your provider is Stephanie I would change that asap I'd recommend just going to a different clinic. This one don't care about helping veterans.
I have always been impressed with the outstanding care at the Grayling VA clinic. Every visit has been seamless from check-in to check-out. The staff's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to patient care are exemplary. They consistently go above and beyond to address health concerns, making it a pleasure to recommend to fellow veterans.
Very helpful folks in a nice and clean facility. They (VA) have done wonders for me and I am very thankful for everything they do for me.
