Very helpful folks in a nice and clean facility. They (VA) have done wonders for me and I am very thankful for everything they do for me.
I waited for 2 months to get my hearing aids. When they arrive they adjust to them. Gave me a case and a charger and I was supposed to call a number after I downloaded an app to synchronize or pair my hearing aids. After talking with the gentleman, I found out that somebody did not synchronize the charger with the hearing aids. I called them back, told them I was there a couple days ago. They told me to come back if I had any problem but now they told me I have to wait another month and a half see them. And they wonder why v... read more
