BEWARE. Would give negative stars if I could. I was charged $500 for a COVID/Flu test. I have disputed this charge multiple times and was rejected. I would have walked next door to Walmart and bought an over the counter test if I knew. I told the urgent care I was self pay and I received an pre-pay estimate of $180, which I paid. SO PREDATORY. Do not go here!!!!!
Well now I see went they have such bad reviews... i definitely did not a good experience the nurse was rude and gave me the feeling she was annoyed I was there. Ill go to a different hospital next time
Beware of bills from Somnia-Grayling Anesthesia Associates. They claim they are the new billing company and sent me a bill for $690 from March of 2024, for a procedure covered in full by insurance under preventive care. I checked with insurance and the claim was paid in full by insurance shortly after the procedure. This company billed insurance 15 other times to try and get more money and were informed by insurance that the claim was paid in full every single time. Grew up in the area the hospital always had a bad rep. Last summer I had been sick for months . Went to grayling Er and all they cared about is if I had Covid. After discovering I did not have Covid. I had a doctor actually telling me that 200,000 years ago there was no such thing as antibiotics and people lived just fine. I told him they used to die from diarrhea in the common cold too, bud give me some antibiotics and he reluctantly did. They sent me a bill for $1400 for that.
