I love my home and lot; however, I was not pleased with my service through Grayhawk Homes. On the day of my inspection, less than an hour before my closing items were not complete, not painted or repaired. The superintendent assured me that the items would be fixed before we closed and therefore in good faith I signed off on my inspection documents. While, he did send photos of things he completed. We have discussed this issue with Mr. ****** and explained to him that the plumbing issues they are having in their home are 6 years beyond the warranty on their home. The Tarvers purchased the home in 2012 and are in their eighth year of ownership. Grayhawk Homes Inc. remains ready, willing and able to repair any legitimate warranty item and we stand behind the homes we have built.
Quality work, solid ethics, and all around enjoyable to work with.
Grayhawk Homes of SC did a fantastic job managing the construction of our house. ****** was our project manager and he did everything he could to make sure we were kept up to date. After closing we needed to have a subcontractor make some corrections and ****** came back to manage that so my wife could take my son to an after school event. Great service before and after the sale from ******, *******, and *******.
