Refinanced my house in May 2022. Got 2 emails for 1 price and the very next day it had been reduced by 10,000. What a rip- off.
After paying $400 upfront to get a simple residential house appraisal by this companies appraiser, Catherine Berchock (she is the owner of Grayden Appraisals) we did not get the appraisal we requested. We requested the home be appraised at current market value, but instead she took it upon herself to appraise it at the time of death of the former owner of which was 2 years prior. The name of this "company" is tied to a spam caller, and the phone number associated with the call mimics your own number - not what's listed for Google. Google also pulls this place up on Maps in a residential area. Leave people alone!!!
