Did you hear my honk when you were in a school zone this morning? I dropped my son off at prospect elementary and there is a crosswalk that lights up so children can cross the street to get to school. I just witnessed a graycon inc employee blow through the crosswalk when a girl about 12 years old was trying to cross. Do you know why? He was on his phone! Unacceptable especially in a school zone.
