I moved out of 8th and Berry in Nashville, TN after being a resident for 2.5 years. Long story short, look elsewhere. From the time we applied to moving out, we went through 3 Property Managers before the 4th one came in at the end of our residency. Half of these managers felt very standoffish to me when I came into the office, the current manager included. There have been 2 Assistant Managers and who knows how many Leasing Agents. I lived at Riverchase Blvd, Madison TN 1 month shy of 6 years. During the last two years I was harassed and threatened by the office staff and had to hire an attorney to break my lease and move. I moved out on June 1 2021 with a letter from the courts that I was fee and clear when I moved out of any wrongdoing, however, by July 2021 the same office staff by passed me and my attorney, and filed two separate debts on my credit report totally $2900. My attorney at the time stated that was a federal offense and we could take the... read more
