Climate controlled unit is not really climate controlled. Most of our belongings were covered in mold, ruining some of our belongings. Also, they have a mice problem. Mouse feces and urine all over our stuff, live mice found in our boxes resulting in a mice problem at our house now, and mice chewed through several of our belongings.

Gray cliff storage was a great climate controlled storage unit for me and my family everytime I went to the unit it was very cool and kept up very well I recommend these units for anyone in need of storage !😊
We had a great experience using Graycliff Storage for the past year. The managers are very responsive. We highly recommend them.
Owner did absolutely nothing to attempt to make right that there was leak in my storage unit EVERYTHING I owned covered in mice n black mold over 2,000 in damages!!!! They claim to be Christian but Not attempting to make things horrible!!!!! Do NOT STORE WITH THEM!!!!
