VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Borderline Deceptive. Do not use this florist!! Ordered flowers for the funeral of our brother. I asked rep for suggestions based on price. Based on our budget, I requested a $100 arrangement. I asked that a ribbon be added with the word "brother".. No mention of an additional charge for the ribbon was made.
