water is always being shut off without warning, big pot holes in street, trash overfills dumpsters, pools are always green, public grills are not well kept, glass and trash everywhere, not gated so anyone can walk through the apt, crime is high, squatters come in as soon as someone moves out, office is never open, no grass other then on the outskirts of the complex and its never green or watered, mailboxes get broken into every year, roaches in all apts, multi ppl have been killed in the complex, HOA fee is high even though ... read more

The water is always being turned off it's so annoying. The pool is green once a week!
