I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It is impossible to get a straight answer from the front desk and they give you the run around when you call. The doctor and office lied about sending my blood pressure medication prescription to my pharmacy multiple times and I had to confirm with my insurance and pharmacy that they never sent it. The online portal service has very limited features. Patients cannot even sent photos or attachment via the portal. I needed a form signed and they told me on the phone to bring it to the office and wait about 10 minutes for it to be signed by my doctor. Once I arrived, they informed me that I need to come back another day to pick up the form. I requested for an email address or any other form of communication but they just don't provide any convenient way for the patients to communicate.
I just called to make an appointment with a doctor here at gray bill. I am a new patient and I had an excellent experience. I gave it five stars.
I am absolutely stunned and saddened by the terrible reviews. I have followed Dr.Luu through four different healthcare insurance policies to keep her as my primary. She is unparalleled and I’ve had many clinicians in my lifetime across the country and outside of the United States. Horrible Medical group. I came from Scripps and after blue cross and Scripps ended their partnership…my insurance…Blue Cross selected this medical group for me. The Dr. herself is OK but the communication is horrible! If you call the phone number for tye Dr. it goes to a hotline…where you can only make appointments. If you need to sue a with the Dr. or office like I did because they cancelled the prescription they just called I. For me…you have to email through the portal.
