I have always been treated with caring concern from all the staff. I have become on a first name basis with Kate, April, and Marci. Marci has been diligent on research and follow up. She saved my life last week when she told me to go to the emergency room. I have pneumonia and arrhythmia which could have been my demise.
The first time we went, we walked in because my wife had hurt her leg. The staff was friendly and helpful. The second time my wife went on her own for another health issue, the Nurse Practicioner was rude and accused my wife of lying to obtain pain medication based on her previous visit. My wife has a histroy of severe, debilitating migraines that in the past have caused her to vomit and black out.
