A few months ago I started having awful back pain that prevented me from working and doing the things I love to do. The doctors and staff was professional and knowledgeable. I gave them a 2 because I was told I could stop service at any time and I would only be charged for service I received. I stopped my therapy and was charge for 1extra month. They tried to take a second month but I called them and they stopped the payment. I was told during that phone conversation I would be refunded my July payment. I called their office again in September and October due to no refund was received. I worked in New York state and had some serious injuries. I have metal plates in front and back of my neck also 2 titanium disks in my low back. These were work related and graybar chiropractic was one of the only ones that would accept new York workers comp. They are really easy to work with. The staff are great at what they do in easing my pain. I highly recommend them.

Graybar Chiropractic is nothing less than amazing. They have the most friendly staff and each appointment is so personalized. I was in a cheerleading accident years ago and always had neck pains and head aches. Since I started adjustments and therapies only a few months ago, my headaches have disappeared and I don’t have any neck pains. I recommend this office to anyone who has back and neck related issues as the doctor’s there care deeply about your health much deeper than the surface level.
